There are no refunds. All transactions for sessions and program-designed workouts are final sale transactions.
All sessions will be charged regardless of completion because 70% of the work is done before the session, as in program research, customization, and creation. No-show or canceled appointments must be rescheduled within the month to avoid a canceled or no-show session being used/charged without attendance. If the canceled/no-show sessions are not rescheduled and used within the month, ZFIT reserves the right to mark the session as used, and it will no longer be available. Unused sessions will never expire and may be used until completed.
